Ritusandhi

Summer doesn’t leave all at once. It lingers in the body as warmth, energy, memories, and things left unfinished.

In Ayurveda, Ritusandhi describes the threshold between two seasons. A time of transition, when we gently let go of what has been and create space for what is coming next.

This gathering is an invitation to honour that transition together through movement, mantra, sound and stillness.

We’ll begin with gentle movement and grounding to arrive in the space, reconnect with the body and quiet the busyness of the mind.

From there, we’ll move into a Mantra Singing Circle, using voice, repetition and shared vibration to soften, open and release. You’re warmly invited to sing with us, but there is no pressure to use your voice. You can also simply listen, receive and experience the sound of the circle.

We’ll then settle into an immersive crystal bowl sound healing journey, creating space for deep rest and allowing you to release what you no longer want to carry into the new season.

The evening closes slowly with time for integration, reflection, and intention setting for the season ahead.

Come as you are and wear something comfortable.

• You may want to bring something warm, a water bottle, and a journal and pen if you’d like to write during the integration.

• Yoga mats and pillows will be provided.

  Everyone is welcome. No previous experience with mantra, meditation, or sound healing is needed.
