These sessions combine gentle yoga (Slow Flow or Vinyasa Flow) with the soothing vibrations of sound healing. We begin with mindful movement to awaken the body and release tension, followed by a deeply relaxing sound journey with crystal bowls, gong, and chimes that move through the chakras and calm the nervous system.

No experience is needed. Simply arrive as you are and allow the body and mind to unwind.

Group sessions are currently held in Costa da Caparica, right outside Lisbon, a peaceful setting to pause, breathe, move, and reconnect.

For a more intimate experience, book a private yoga and sound healing session tailored just for you.

Each session can be tailored to your needs and may include Slow Flow yoga, Vinyasa Flow, more restorative yoga, meditation, or a deeply relaxing sound bath with crystal bowls, gong, and chimes.

Whether you want grounding movement, deep relaxation, or a combination of both, the session is created to help release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself.

Available for individuals or small groups of friends, either in the studio or at your own space in Portugal.
