Deep relaxation and balance
Experience deep relaxation and balance through sound in a group setting.
In a group sound bath, you’ll be guided by the soothing tones of crystal bowls, gong, and chimes that gently move through the chakras, calming the mind and restoring harmony in the body. Sound frequencies can help slow brain waves, reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and support emotional well-being.
No experience or special equipment needed. I invite you to simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to guide you into a deeply relaxed state.
Group sound baths are held in different locations around Portugal, normally at Costa da Caparica, right outside of Lisbon, a peaceful setting to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
