Slow Flow Yoga, Hand Pan & Sound Bath 💛

Join us for an evening of gentle movement, music, and deep relaxation. ✨

This all-levels Slow Flow Yoga class with Johanna is accompanied by the beautiful live handpan melodies of Gal, creating a grounding and immersive atmosphere throughout the practice.

We’ll move slowly and mindfully, connecting breath with movement, before softening into a candlelight sound bath with crystal bowls guided by Johanna.
